Enter The Genius Project
197,000 Peak Performers, 70 PhD’s, 23 Different Countries and published in the prestigious Science Review Journal. This is the impressive and staggering depth of The Innermetrix Project, affectionately known as “The Genius Project!” The purpose of the epic research project was simple: Identify the common differences between the best and the rest! After sorting through the millions of bits of data, the PhD’s were shocked by the results!
Below I’ve exclusively interviewed the catalyst behind “The Genius Project” Jay Niblick to share the amazing findings of “The Genius Project”! Check it out below!
Rolling Down Hill and Unconventional Wisdom
“Dude, just be yourself,” “Dude, you’re trying way to hard,” “Dude, you have to just be comfortable with your self!” ridiculous advice and the most common advice on self-actualization.
This advice is also completely unhelpful. Most people who give this kind of advice are naturally authentic. My experience with “naturals” at being themselves, is simple: They don’t get it.
(Plus, Have you ever felt fed up with hearing the same “just be you” advice, I know a have!)“It”=The process of being lost, the process of not understanding what is valuable to you! This conventional wisdom is outdated. Instead below Jay’s research is cutting edge! Focusing on being your BEST SELF instead of being you. This defies conventional wisdom.
Conventional Wisdom follows the line of thought: “Fix your weakness and your flaws to become well-rounded”. What a horrible idea! A Cheesy outdated truism that encapsulates this idea “You are only as strong as your weakest link.” Forget that. Update your mental software!
Don’t be well-rounded! Because your spending more time fixing “the weakest link in the chain!” Instead be well cultured a.k.a. Sophisticated! Be the person who knows the difference between “none and a naan!” This will bring you completely different success!
Success is not an uphill battle! Success is like rolling downhill. It comes with ease and grace! There are a few simple steps to leverage it. Below Jay talks about ways to achieve the downhill slope you want towards you success.
Jay Niblick’s research, isolated two amazing Acquirable characteristics of the best. Acquirable means you can practice the skills and get great at them! So the textbook “it just isn’t in my genes” excuse is no longer an option! Instead you hack your genetics, and kick some ass in the process!
These two traits are below in the podcast!
Just a heads-up I am sharing this great content with you because it is extremely valuable. If you want to learn more about Jay’s work and The Genius Project check it out here.

HERE IS YOUR ACTION STEP…
In the comment section below
List 3 actions that bring you joy daily. Ask yourself “What brings me joy daily?“
For example,What brings me joy is….
1. Expressing my thoughts through writing 2. Beach football 3. Conversation with awesome friends!“Why do this?”
Once you isolate the amazing activities that can bring you joy, you can maximize the amount of time you spend doing them! Yes, it is that simple! But I am awestruck by how many people I meet who can’t answer the question. Or even worse, know what brings them joy and spend time doing everything else! This exercise makes you more self-aware therefore you can live a more authentic life. It is a win-win!
Instead, be a part of the exclusive few by cultivating what brings you joy! You will be surprised by the power of this small action step!
Also unlike other blogs, I answer every comment and make sure to help guide you to cultivate your inner happiness!
